The Longshank Nailer was tested for 3 years to create the exact shape and proportion in full perfection.
This hook has safely hooked and landed many world famous carp, including the “Raduta Common” or “Moon Scale” from Lac de Saint Cassien, as well as several giant fish at Rainbow Lake (Lac de Curton).
The "Blow-Back" Combi Rig is probably the most commonly used bait presentation with this model. However, other rig variations are also possible with the Longshank Nailer. We recommend using this hook only in open water, as we offer even better "Snaghooks" for snag fishing. With a "Mouthsnagger Shorty" on the shank, the hook will twist even more aggressively into the carp's mouth.
