Visible (yellow, visible Touch) and invisible (grey, invisible Touch) braided fishing line from Imperial Fishing.
Available in 0.17 mm and 0.30 mm diameters, up to 1800 m (6 x 300 m) in one continuous length without knots. A top-quality braided line made of Dyneema with a Teflon coating – low stretch – UV resistant – 12 knots per cm – neutral sinking/floating properties.
Surface-sealed fishing line:
👉 Excellent casting properties and neutral sinking behavior ensure that it neither sinks further nor floats to the surface. Unobstructed fishing over very long distances. • Because where it is, it remains between the surface and the bottom, staying away from debris and bottom obstacles.
Mostly used with the Shock'it shock leader (0.50 to 0.80mm) • Line capacity for e.g. Ultegra 14000 0.17 mm 700 m and for the 0.30 mm 490 m
The ideal reel spooling system for lakes and rivers:
Approximately 80-90% braided Visible or Invisible Touch
10-20% monofilament 40s (as an elongation component so that the lead a.) does not shift in the current (river) and b.) stays in the same place in the lake during storms.
5% 50-60mm (in exceptional cases 0.70mm 0.80mm) Shock'it line.
In advance:
Daiwa Entoh 5000 > exactly 600 m of 0.17 mm Visible or Invisible Touch + 20-30 meters of 50 mm monofilament shock leader ( SHOCK IT ).
The Daiwa Entoh spool has the following capacity for monofilament line: 0.40mm = 280m
You can use the Rule of three Now calculate the amount of string you need:
Example 1:
600 x (indicated by 40 mono on your spool, e.g. 280 ) : 280 = approx. 600 m
Example 2:
600 x (40 monofilament line marked on your spool, e.g. 350 ) : 280 = approx. 750 m
Extra Tip 1:
When spooling, we recommend using a damp cloth with dish soap to remove any manufacturing residues from the surface sealant. This ensures the line has minimal surface tension from the start, preventing any loose line from sinking.
Extra tip:
After removing the assembly from the inflatable boat:
A return with a rod submerged up to 50cm in the water,
This ensures additional safety, even at long distances, by protecting the cord.
To protect water sports enthusiasts.
Its neutral sinking behavior ensures that it neither sinks further nor rises to the surface.
